  12. You are hereby licensed to:  use this software for a 30 day
  13. evaluation period; make as many copies of this software and
  14. documentation as you wish; give exact copies of the original
  15. distribution file to anyone; and distribute the software and
  16. documentation in its unmodified form via electronic means.

  20. donations, for any such copies, however made; and from
  21. distributing the software and/or documentation with other products

  24. Shareware Professionals are permitted to redistribute Professional Euchre,

  31. Evaluation and Registration

  33. This is not free software.  This license allows you to use this
  34. software for evaluation purposes without charge for a period of 30
  35. days.  If you use this software after the 30 day evaluation period
  36. a registration fee of $18 is required.  Payments must be in US
  37. dollars drawn on a US bank, and should be sent to Eric Fildebrandt,
  38. P.O. Box 1571, Mt. Pleasant, SC 29465.  When payment is received
  39. you will receive a personal registration number.

  41. One registered copy of Professional Euchre may either be used by a
  42. single person who uses the software personally on one or more computers,
  43. or installed on a single workstation used nonsimultaneously by
  44. multiple people, but not both.

  46. You may access the registered version of Professional Euchre through
  47. a network, provided that you have obtained individual licenses for the
  48. software covering all workstations that will access the software
  49. through the network.

  53. THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE SOLD "AS IS" AND
  54. WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OF MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY

  56. various hardware and software environments into which Professional
